2.2 Service Schedule
Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. We aim to accommodate preferred dates and times, subject to availability.
3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Access to Property

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
4.2 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for unexpected circumstances such as difficult access, presence of hazardous materials, or requests for extra services not included in the initial agreement.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
5.1 No-Show Policy
If the client fails to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee will be charged. Persistent no-shows may result in termination of services.
6. Liability
While we strive to handle all items with care, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Clients are advised to insure valuable items separately.
